IT’S PAYDAY, BABY! 🙌💦

Baptisms are happening ALL OVER THE PLACE!

While one church was here at camp baptizing their people, we had teams out in Grand Rapids, Battle Creek, and Indiana today—seeing baptisms, helping get a new youth group started, and watching campers become the testimony to their own families!

Sometimes in ministry, we plant the seeds and don’t get to see the fruit.

But TODAY WE DID. 🌱➡️🙌

God is faithful. His Word is working. And we are so thankful to get a front-row seat!

🎉 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HOBBY LOBBY! 🎉

Lora is a smiling face, a kind voice, and the one who helped all 1,008 campers get registered and ready for summer camp this year! 🙌

We’re so thankful for her prayerful life, incredible attention to detail, and the kindness she shows to volunteers, campers, families, and guests.

There are a LOT of details behind making camp happen, and Hobby Lobby handles so many of them with a smile!

REST + REFILL. 💛

After a long, full, AMAZING summer, our staff has taken a little time to celebrate, reflect, rest, and refill—and we think that matters too!

🎉 Our summer staff wrapped up the season with a PARTY at Judywood! Thank you Judy Vugteveen

🌊 Our lead staff headed to a lake house for a Reflection Retreat—looking back at what God did and dreaming about what’s ahead. Thank you Kurt & Carmen!

🍽️ And our year-round staff got OUT of camp for lunch together! (Way to go, Deb and team—you cooked for 1,000+ campers this summer. You definitely deserved a meal you didn’t have to make! 🙌)

Ministry is a lot of pouring out, so sometimes you have to make space to fill back up.

We’re thankful for a little rest, a lot of laughter, and time together.

Now we’re REFILLED and ready to GO HARD into a full fall season! 🍂💪

☀️ The summer fun isn’t done yet!

We’ve still got Family Fun Weekends through Labor Day at Camp Michawana! 🙌

Come enjoy hayrides, Family Bash, Kids Rally, zip line, climbing wall, waterfront fun, and so much more!

Summer may be winding down, but we’re squeezing every last bit of camp fun out of it. 🌲☀️

Bring the family and come make a few more summer memories with us! ❤️

Another FULL day for the Bridge Team on their missions trip based out of Camp Michawana! 🙌

Today they:
🎨 Continued painting our Camper Care area
⛺ Made sense of our tent mess from bivouac storms
👀 Toured Bible Club Ministries
🙏 Prayed with people throughout the community
❤️ Shared the Gospel all over the place
🍽️ AND came back to camp and helped with dishes for our guest groups!

We are so thankful for this team and their willingness to jump in wherever they’re needed. What a gift to partner together in ministry—serving, learning, praying, and sharing Jesus along the way!
