We’re having an incredible time at the Christian Camp and Conference Association Michigan Sectional Conference! 🙌

Our staff has been soaking up so much valuable insight from some amazing seminars and breakout sessions. From creative programming ideas to leadership development and camp operations, we’ll be walking away inspired, encouraged, and full of fresh ideas to bring back to our campers and team. 🌲✨

There’s something special about gathering with others who share the same heart for camp ministry. The collaboration, the conversations, and the shared passion make events like the Michigan Sectional so impactful.

A BIG congratulations to Georgetown Church on their win this Big Chill weekend!!

We're sad to see our winter retreat season wrap up but BOY are we grateful for the 500 campers and guest who's lives were touched with the Truth this month at Camp.

Big Chill 3 — Our Biggest Yet!

200 teens and leaders have filled these snowy paths to get strong in the Lord. 💪❄️

The Northline Band is leading us in worship, and Pastor Ryan Bettinger is bringing the truth in a big way as we talk about our spiritual “drip” — what we’re really clothed in and who we represent.

And yes… God sent snow just in time for tubing. 🙌

We love Sundays at Camp.

After a hearty breakfast (including ice cream from the JIM 🍦), God & I Time, and workshop breakouts…

We packed into the chapel for the Bible Bowl Championship — and yes, it got a little rowdy.

We closed the weekend in worship and in the Word. Slapshot took us to Ephesians 6, reminding us:
• We have a real enemy.
• We have real armor.
• And our confidence is in Jesus.

What a weekend.

This is more than a good time.
This is training.
This is belonging.
This is equipping.
This is sending.

It’s a catalyst.

Pray for the feet that will fill these boots.

Over 150 campers are here for Big Chill 2! Thanks to we have extra boots and warm clothes ready to go — and we’ll need them. The snow is great, the ice is thick, and the sun is shining!

We know some campers are coming from really tough places. Others are coming strong and ready to grow. All of them need to hear what Pastor Kyle is slap-shooting in chapel: When we were dead in our sins, God made us alive with Christ.

Some need new life.
Some are ready to in the Lord.
All are right where Jesus wants them.

And hooray for Hobby Lobby surprising us with a trip up from Florida to check on her Big Chill campers — and even bringing a few more TONIGHT! That’s the Jesus way… go to the highways and byways and invite them in.

(Though we do still love early registration and paperwork 😉)
