Ok there is just too many conflicts! And I do want everyone to attend! I am not trying to make this difficult. I just know the pavilion is only so big and we have a large football team. At the same time, I don’t want to get rained out though with soggy pizza and gross root beer floats, so I feel like making it a different date is the better choice, but maybe not on Thursday!☺️
Can you parents please comment below what night would be the best for you? Hours would be 5:30-6:30pm. Again, I truly want all the coaches and kids to be there. Please comment below so I can figure out what works for the majority. ❤️❤️

With the weather forecast tomorrow, I think it is best we reschedule the party for Thursday. Sorry for any inconvenience. It is supposed to rain Wednesday and I want it to be nice for the kids. Also, Thursday is showing to be warmer with temps in the 70’s.
We will be At Frank’s field from 5:30-6:30pm.

Cheer Team!! What a fun season! Wednesday is our end of year party!! Starts at 5-6:30pm at the spot we always practice. I will have ice cream and pizza!! If someone wants to bring some pops, chips please.
I will have pictures there, I’m currently still waiting on buttons, but I do hope to have them back by that day.

Bring your uniform to turn in at the party if you can’t make it tonight.

For Tonights uniform turn in, I will be a little later than 5:30pm. So I’m shooting for 5:50pm.

I do apologize! I didn’t realize I was signed up for a parent teacher conference tonight.
I have to reschedule the Lower Orange and Lower Black uniform turn in date to Monday the 23rd. From 5:30-6:30pm.

Lower Orange team and Lower Black team uniform turn in is Thursday evening. Hopefully it will not be raining this Thursday. But I will be At franks park in our normal grassy spot, or under the pavilion if it’s raining! Please come and turn in your uniforms this Thursday from 5-7pm. Thank you! Remember you all did sign the contract. Please be respectful of the seasons to come! It has been a joy to teach your girls and work with them this year.

I will have info on a team party once play off’s are over.
