❤️ However, ALL non-expired, non-perishable food donations are welcome and greatly appreciated!

The business collecting the most qualifying donations will be crowned our Hartford Community Food Drive Challenge Champion! 🏆

Thanks to the Hartford Business Improvement District (BID), there's a little extra excitement in store, including a prize and additional surprise for the winning business with the most qualifying food!

A huge thank you to the HUHS Student Council and everyone who attended the Powderpuff game and helped make this donation possible!

Your generosity filled 14 overflowing boxes with food for the Hartford Food Pantry. What an amazing way to support local families and celebrate our community.

❄️ The Hartford Food Pantry could use a helping hand this winter!

We’re looking for a volunteer to help clear snow from two areas by the 2 doors (each approximately 12’ × 12’) and the sidewalk alongside the parking lot (approximately 5’ × 70’).

*NOTE: The photos show the areas that need attention.

Keeping these paths clear helps visitors and volunteers get in and out safely. If you’re interested in helping or would like to learn more, please reach out to Jason at 920-539-6250.

🎉Help Us Reach Our $1,000 Goal!

The Hartford Food Pantry is hoping to raise $1,000 to fund the purchase of two much-needed improvements for our pantry:

✨ A New Check-in Counter to create a more welcoming and functional space for the families we serve.
❄️ A Window Air Conditioner to help keep the pantry comfortable during the warmer months.

We’re asking our community to help us raise the funds needed to purchase these items. Every contribution—large or small—brings us one step closer to our goal!

Your generosity has helped ensure that local families have access to nutritious food when they need it most!❤️

As we head into the summer months, we are especially in need of a few specific items:
✅Macaroni and Cheese
✅Cereal
✅Granola Bars

Good morning friends and supporters!
As we begin a new week, we wanted to share an update from our pantry…

Our food pantry continues to serve a growing number of individuals and families in our community each month, and we are so grateful for the support that makes this possible. ❤️

As the need continues to grow, donations help us keep nutritious and essential items available for those who rely on the food pantry.

Food donations are always appreciated, and monetary gifts are especially helpful because they allow us to purchase the specific items needed most and stretch every dollar even further.

Your generosity helps provide comfort, dignity, and care to neighbors facing difficult times, and reminds families that they are not alone.

Thank you for being part of a community that continues to show up for one another.

We would like to take a moment to express our appreciation to Ruby's Pantry - Hartford, WI and all the wonderful volunteers who’ve helped them connect our community to this wonderful food source. We thank you all for your generous hearts, you have been such a blessing here in Hartford.❤️

As so many others have expressed, we too are very sorry to hear of the abrupt decision to close, as it affects so many people living here in our community.

For this reason, we’d like to ask for help in sharing this post for the sake of others who may not be aware of us.

We serve residents who live in the Hartford High School District. If you are in this district, we are here for you, please reach out if you need food assistance.

If you’re outside of this district, there are other options and we can direct you to those resources as well.

This is a sincere reminder that no-one should ever go hungry. We are a free service committed to helping our neighbors through difficult times by providing nourishment in a compassionate environment.
