Special Meeting today August 3rd, 2026. This special meeting has been called to discuss a grant whose due date is before our next regularly scheduled meeting. This will be a zoom meeting, and open to the public. Please reach out if you want an invitation to the zoom.

Saturday was a huge success! 🌳

A total of 18 native trees were planted, staked, mulched, and watered at West Lane Park, an incredible accomplishment made possible by our community.

The Harrodsburg Tree Board extends our sincere thanks to all the volunteers who came out and put in the work to make this project a success. Your effort is helping grow a healthier, greener Harrodsburg for years to come.

We would also like to recognize and thank our partners and supporters:

City workers for preparing the planting sites

Harrodsburg Tree Board meeting is scheduled for today, April 20th at 5:00 PM at the Mercer County UK Extension Office. These meeting are open to the public.

Join us to make a lasting impact in our community! The Harrodsburg Tree Board will be planting 20 trees at West Lane Park on Saturday, April 18th at 10:00 AM! We will have a variety of shade and flowering trees to add to the park. This is a great opportunity for youth to earn community service/volunteer hours! If you are able to join us please bring a long a shovel, gloves, and a post driver(if possible).

Thank you to all the volunteers who showed up for tree planting. The board would also like to thank the Harrodsburg Mercer County Tourist Commission for awarding grant funds for the beautification of Anderson Dean Community Park. 15 flowering cherry trees were planted, mulched, and staked in 2 hours! Many hands make light work for a lasting impact.

Special thanks also to City Workers for digging holes with their excavator!!!
