Good evening! March has been designated as Scouting for Food month.

In an effort to help raise awarness and do a good turn daily, your local Cub Scout Pack 4003 will be in the neighborhoods around both Harrisonville Elementary and McEowan Elementary tomorrow after noon between 1:00pm and 3:00pm dropping off new, empty grocery bags with flyers in them.

We kindly ask that, if you are able to, fill the sack with non-perishable items and put the sack back on your front porch, Saturday, March 14. Your local Scout Troop 3 (Troop 1003) will be collecting the filled sacks and delivering to a local food pantry (in Harrisonville). Pick up will be between 10am and 2pm Saturday, March 14.

We are grateful to the Cass County Memorial VFW Post #4409 for sponsoring us and grateful to the community who supports us in all of our endeavors!.

Survival camping! The young men foraged the forest and built thier own shelters in the driving rain this weekend and had some fun while learning outdoorsmanship and how to stay dry. While we didn't stay dry... we did have fun!

Come out next Thursday, Jan 15th to Culvers in Harrisonville to support your local Cub Scout Pack 3! These guys and gals are gearing up for a fun filled spring and could use your support!

Congratulations to Troop 3's newest Eagle Scout Jonathan Waltner! His trail started 11 years ago as a young Cubscout and culminated today after completing multiple adventures, leadership roles and many requirements.
