Just a reminder that our Blue Note Booster meeting is tonight, May 11, 2026 at 7:00pm in the HHS Choir Room. This is also our parent meeting for the 2026-2027 season!

We may move to the PAC if the crowd gets too big.

Both sets of Performing Arts Center doors will be open as will the side door to the choir room.

Hello All,

We are currently looking for anyone who would be interested in joining next year's Executive Team Members. The offices are as follows.

Secretary - Handles communication via email, Facebook posts, Signup Genius, and taking meeting notes.

Treasurer - Responsible for balancing books, paying bills, and contacting businesses for fundraising opportunities. Generally in charge of all monies throughout the year and during the show choir festival. Gives report at monthly meetings.

Vice President - Responsible for supporting the president with duties such as working with vendors and sponsors for fundraising opportunities, as well as setting up insurance coverage for our festival. In addition, this role works to support props and backstage crew, when needed. Presents their report at monthly meetings.

President - Oversees the needs of the show choirs for the year, including giving report to the school board annually. This role works to ensure all needs of the choirs are met by working with other board members and community partners for fundraising opportunities, donations, and updates. Often leads and gives report at the monthly meetings.

All of the board members work together to assist in any items or jobs that need to be taken care of. There could be other items not listed above, but in my experience we all work together to ensure no one person is solely responsible for any one task or event.

Being an officer is a great way to get involved and help with the show choirs. This takes very little time, about 1 hour per month for meeting, and a little more time close to our show choir festival that we host. It is a great way to plug in and get to know other show choir parents.

We are currently looking to fill all board positions for the 2026-2027 season. We will post the nominees at the March meeting, hold the election of officers at the April meeting, and transfer positions at the May booster meeting.

We still have 11 spots we need to fill for our Show Choir Festival this Saturday, February 14th. We really need all spots filled in order for our event to be a success. If you have not already signed up for a shift, please use the link below to sign up. This sign up is only for parents/adults. The students will get their assignment from Mr. Mathew.
