What can happen when leaders are not trained? Let's look at some of the outcomes we have seen.

1. Without knowing God’s Word, leaders cannot know God’s truth.

If pastors do not know Scripture, they cannot distinguish truth from error. They are forced to guess, borrow from culture, tradition, or surrounding religions, and unintentionally teach false doctrine.

2. Ignorance of Scripture leads directly to false doctrine.

False teaching does not usually come from evil intent, but from lack of knowledge. When leaders do not know the Bible, they sincerely teach what is wrong — and error spreads through whole churches and generations.

3. Without truth, leaders cannot recognize error.

If you do not know what is right, you cannot recognize what is wrong. This leaves churches vulnerable to heresy, manipulation, syncretism, and destructive beliefs.

4. Without biblical training, leaders preach from culture instead of Scripture.

Cultural norms, animism, fear-based religion, legalism, prosperity distortions, and traditional practices easily replace biblical authority when leaders are not grounded in God’s Word.

What is Nation-2-Nation all about?

Our vision is to see that every Christian is equipped to go and reach the world for Christ. We do this by empowering Christian leaders through holistic Bible education to discover their purpose in Christ, share the Gospel, and lead their communities out of poverty.

We are currently working in over 52 countries, brining training to those in need and helping the Gospel spread further than ever before!

We are just 9 days away from our team departing for the DR Congo. Today, we are fasting and praying for them and this trip! If you would like to join us, here is what you can help us pray for:

- God's Presence and Favor: Pray for God's guidance, wisdom, protection, and blessing over every aspect of the mission.

- Spiritual Impact: Pray that pastors, leaders, and students experience lasting spiritual growth and are equipped for greater ministry effectiveness.

- Safety and Protection: Pray for the health, safety, and security of the team as they travel and minister.

- Leadership Training: Pray for the hundreds of facilitators and overseers being trained to establish and strengthen schools in their regions.

Poverty, war, and scarce opportunities prevent many Christian leaders from pursuing the education they need to make a lasting impact for the Kingdom of God.

Nation-2-Nation was created to meet the overwhelming need for discipleship worldwide. We aim to provide pastors and Christian leaders with a comprehensive education in Biblical studies, ministry, leadership, and community development across the developing world.

Through our video-based university, Nation-2-Nation Christian University, we empower the local church to do what charity and aid are unable to do alone: to create sustainable, self-reliant, thriving communities built upon the hope of Jesus.

-270 drives with year 1 French video
-270 drives with year 1-2 French video
-20 drives with year 1-2 Swahili video
-540 drives with year 1-2 French notes
-20 drives with year 1-2 Swahili notes
-20 notes "master" drives with French and Swahili notes, plus our French IEP workbooks for years 1-2

These flash drives will be given to the pastors who attend our facilitator training seminars. Each one will be taken to communities across the DR Congo and used to run holistic, Bible and community development schools in churches!
