What a great event yesterday put on by the American Legion Riders (Post 234). The Bike Show, band, food, Vietnam era Huey making an appearance, but most importantly the people, were amazing.
This is the second year KITB was apart of the event and again the atmosphere and interaction of all in attendance was high. We were able to meet and share stories with Veterans, and civilians, which was the best part.
Some notable mentions:
1. Our brother Rick Churico made an appearance, against EVERYONE’s suggestion due to being involved in a motorcycle accident the day prior, but glad he did.
2. Congrats to Susan Kostello and her bike winning in her category.
3. All the Veterans we spoke with! The stories and sacrifices made for our nation is why KITB exists.
Come join KITB at our next function for Bike Night at Freedom Valley Harley-Davidson on 27 August.

We want to send our support to our teammate Mike Dalske on his journey riding in the Hoka Hey Challenge that started this morning. You can follow along his 11,000 mile journey by going to the Hoka Hey website (https://www.hokaheychallenge.com/), clicking on “Track Your Rider”, and entering his number (1102).

Mike Dalske, ride safe brother and you got this! Keep the shiny side up and we look forward to hearing all the stories in a couple weeks when you return! Enjoy the moment!
