🧘‍♂️ TEACHER SPOTLIGHT: Meet Adam! 🧘‍♂️

We are thrilled to introduce Adam, a Souderton alum whose yoga journey has come full circle right here at Saha!

For Adam, yoga was a lifeline. After an accident in 2001 led him down a dark road with PTSD, finding yoga shifted his entire world. It became his anchor through life's major chapters—from earning his 200-hour certification at West Chester University to managing the Menla Mountain Retreat in the Catskills.

⚡ Behind the Scenes & On the Mat

With an MS in Nonprofit Leadership, Adam initially connected with Saha to help administratively (he was the mastermind behind our fun Plant Bingo in April!).

Catch Him teaching: Thursday mornings at 9:00 AM for Gentle Flow.

Coming Soon: Look out for his upcoming 30-day personal practice intensives and specialized classes for teachers, healthcare workers, and corporate groups.

🎲 5 Fast Facts:

Creative artist, skateboarder, slackliner, and rock climber.

On stage, he’s "Ye Olde GameWarden"—hosting trivia and karaoke!

Favorite Mantras: Gayatri and Asatoma.

Local Roots: Souderton Class of 2000.

His Philosophy: "Yoga really helped me keep the dream alive."

🧘‍♂️ JUNE SEVA: PRACTICING WITH PURPOSE 💙

This June, our Saha Yoga community is coming together to practice Seva (selfless service) by supporting an incredible local non-profit: Bridge of Hope/BuxMont. Their vital mission is to serve unhoused families in our area by fostering community engagement, affordable housing opportunities, and essential resources to end homelessness.

Here is how you can get involved and make a difference all month long:

📦 DONATION DRIVE (ALL MONTH LONG)
We are collecting essential items for the families they serve! You'll find our donation basket set up right outside the studio doors. Whenever you come in for class, consider dropping off:

-Cleaning products (all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant wipes, etc.)
-Paper towels & toilet paper
-Laundry detergent
-Dish soap & sponges
-Trash bags
-Basic kitchen items (pots, pans, utensils)
-Small home goods (towels, laundry baskets, storage bins)
