What a Wonderful Thursday Morning with Harker Heights Rotary!

We were truly honored to welcome Judge Rosanne Fisher, Justice of the Peace for Bell County Precinct 3, Place 1, as our guest speaker.
Judge Fisher is a proud Texan with deep roots in Bell County. She and her husband, John, have been married for more than 30 years and have raised their family right here in the community they proudly call home.
Her professional journey is as diverse as it is impressive, with experience in law enforcement, forensic science, private investigation, banking, military-related service, and public administration. Since taking office on January 1, 2025, Judge Fisher has brought that experience to her role as Justice of the Peace, serving her community with professionalism, fairness, respect, and compassion.
Judge Fisher gave us an informative and engaging look at the important role of the Justice of the Peace and the many ways the court serves individuals, families, and our community.
Rosanne, thank you for joining our Rotary family! We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge, experiences, and passion for public service with us. Your dedication to our community is inspiring, and we are grateful for all you do.
