Half marathon training update! 🏃🏽‍♀️
This week I tackled my first speed workout! This definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and it felt so good!

Next up: 4 on the 4th! 🇺🇸 Looking forward to celebrating Independence Day with some miles and continuing this training journey!
