KIC can help you:
- Build a personalized quit plan
- Track your progress
- Manage cravings
- Receive check-in calls from a trained quit coach

You don’t have to do this alone. All services are free and confidential. Participants who complete an initial coaching call are eligible for a $20 digital gift card from KIC.
