A member of the Greater Peninsula Swim Association, the Rays are a competitive swim team for children ages 5-18.

Great job tonight Rays! We had a lot of great swims and first places from Riverdale swimmers. Enjoy the holiday tomorrow and a rest from swim! We will see you all back on deck on the 22nd.

It's a busy swim week! Make sure you don't miss anything!

Monday's practice (6/15) - will include a lighter work-out, with coaches going over swimmer tips / info in preparation for the meet

Thursday's practice (6 /18) - regular practice start times but Grays/Pups can arrive early for a pancake breakfast at 8 am.

Normal practices for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Stay tuned to email and Swimtopia notifcations for any updates.
