Lions Connected The Lions Connected program emphasizes the importance of all individuals receiving a personalized post-secondary education.

The mission of Lions Connected (LC) is to provide young adults with Intellectual Disabilities (ID) an inclusive college experience while preparing them to become contributing members of society. Our students are enrolled in college-level courses, which are centered around their interests. While taking courses, our students are joined by their mentors. The mentors are there to guide, help, and supp

ort our students with their coursework, homework, and campus activities. Each semester, each student will develop the skills and concepts needed to succeed in their community.

We want to thank Lamar Advertising for donating billboard space to highlight our Lions Connected students during their birthday month! ❤️

In February, Alex celebrated his birthday on the 21st! The next day, Samuel celebrated his birthday on the 22nd! Their billboards were displayed from February 14 to February 22. 🎁

For March, we have more birthdays to celebrate!
We encourage you to drive by and see their names in the lights! 🎉
The location is facing north on SW Railroad Ave. traveling towards I-12 and the Hammond Square Mall. Feel free to take photos, tag us, and celebrate with our amazing Lions Connected students! (Dollar general is a great spot for a picture)📸
