Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others and keeping an office running smoothly? The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time support staff member to join our team!
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with the public, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support. As the first point of contact for our office, you'll play an important role in serving Hamilton County residents and supporting Extension educational programs that make a difference in our community.

What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have:
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• The ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office
• A professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with website management
• Knowledge of Canva and other technology, or a willingness to learn
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with staff and volunteers

The ideal candidate will be organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities during our busiest seasons while taking initiative during quieter times to complete projects and support ongoing office operations.

Qualifications include:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with website management
• Knowledge of Canva or a willingness to learn

Are you in grades 3 through 12? It’s time to capture your best shots and enter the upcoming San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo Photography Contest! Whether you love fast-paced action, the beauty of nature, the grit of a rodeo, or the mystery of night photography, there is a category just for you.

Here is what you need to know:
Who can enter: Any Texas student in grades 3–12.
How it works: Choose from a wide range of creative and technical categories. You can submit 1 entry per category across 5 distinct Divisions.
The Big Prizes: Senior Division competitors could win a scholarship! Plus, cash premiums will be awarded to all levels—from Grand Champion and Division winners down to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place across all Age Divisions.
