Part-Time Office Manager
Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service – Hamilton County
The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is seeking a motivated and organized individual to serve as a Part-Time Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities during our busiest seasons while also taking initiative during quieter times to complete projects and support ongoing office operations.
Qualifications include:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with website management
• Willingness and ability to learn Canva
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and the public
