Tonight we had the honor to attend Hackensack High School's Senior Scholarship Night and present Jackson Avenue School's alumna, Aryanna Rodriguez, with a scholarship for her academic achievement and dedication to service.

What an incredible Field Day!

As we wrap up a day filled with fun, laughter, teamwork, and school spirit, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to those who helped make it all possible.

A huge THANK YOU to Wawa of Hackensack for donating the water that kept our students hydrated throughout the day. 💧

We are also incredibly grateful to our amazing PTA families for lending us their coolers, donating ice and additional water, fundraising to underwrite Field Day t-shirts for all students and staff, and treating everyone to ice pops to help beat the heat. 🍧👕

Your generosity and support played a big part in making today such a success. It truly takes a village, and we are so thankful for community partners and volunteers who continually show up for our students.

Thank you for helping create a day full of memories that our students will be talking about for a long time to come! Especially about how to teachers beat the parents in tug of war!

Last but not least, a HUGE shout-out to Mr. Koenig, our PE & Field Day Master for organizing the day and all the staff for the support!

After an incredible Journey of Gratitude around the world, our First Class Jackson Avenue School teachers and staff have officially arrived at their final destination…Home Sweet Home!

To welcome everyone home, today’s celebration featured a sweet little taste of comfort with mini pies. 🥧

A special thank you goes to Dial for sponsoring our classroom souvenirs—helping us keep germs from traveling with Dial antibacterial hand soaps 🧼✈️. Your support helped make this journey even more meaningful by ensuring our teachers can continue to keep their classrooms healthy and safe as they inspire every day.

As our Journey of Gratitude comes to an end, our appreciation for you will continue long after the trip is over.

🐉✈️ NOW ARRIVING: CHINA! 🇨🇳🧧🥠 ✈️🐉

Our Journey of Gratitude continued today with a special stop in China as we celebrated the incredible teachers and staff of Jackson Avenue School with wishes of Good Fortune, happiness, and prosperity!

Today’s destination featured a few traditional symbols of luck and fortune, including sweet mandarins 🍊, fortune cookies 🥠, and Chinese New Year red envelopes 🧧 filled with surprise prizes.

A special thank you to Fairmount Eats: Family Restaurant Catering & Delivery Hackensack New Jersey for their unwavering support of our teachers and staff year after year. Three lucky winners will receive special gift cards generously donated by Fairmount Eats!

We are so lucky to have such an amazing team helping our students grow, learn, and thrive each and every day. Wishing our entire staff Good Fortune and endless appreciation for all they do!
