Ever wonder who helps keep all the plates spinning at Peppers Ranch? Meet Baylie, our Director of Youth Programs.

Between tutoring sessions, music lessons, art classes, life skills programs, teen events, swim lessons, educational support, counseling services, and about a hundred other moving pieces... Baylie works behind the scenes to help coordinate the many incredible opportunities available to our children and supports the incredible volunteers, mentors, and foster parents who make it all possible.

Baylie believes every child deserves the chance to discover their gifts, build confidence, and dream about their future. Her passion for our youth and commitment to creating meaningful opportunities can be seen throughout the Ranch every day.
