Sweet baby girl Dom was here and gone in a flash, just the way we like it! She was on crate rest recovering from her spay when her Mom and Dad came in looking for a new friend for their current pup, who had lost his sister and needed a buddy. We were almost done when I remembered Dom was crated up in our office and told them I had one more gal who may be a great fit but she wasn’t quite ready to leave just yet. They fell in love with her immediately and Dom fell in love with them! A week later, she met her new canine brother and forever home she went! We love when a sweet babe comes to us and doesn’t stay long, it’s so so sweet to help them start their new journeys! We just adore you, Dom, happy forever home baby girl! 💕🥰

Last up is Grayson! (Est DOB August 2024) This handsome man came to us after being found as a stray and in need of a safe place to land. He is so sweet and oh so handsome, and he’s ready to find his very own forever home now! Grayson is FIV+ but is very friendly with other cats. He could be adopted to a home with another FIV+ baby, a negative kitty who is also friendly, or he could be a solo kitty! He loves humans of all shapes and sizes and loves to snuggle and play. Despite being FIV+, Grayson is a really healthy boy; his future family will just need to know that his immune system doesn’t work as well as a “normal” kitty and he may require more vet trips if he happens to get sick. Up first is Jinx (Est DOB March 2020) and her gorgeous son, Waldorf (DOB March 2021)! Jinx came to Free to Live as a very feral, very pregnant stray and gave birth to five sweet kiddos. She’s been living in the same foster home ever since and now she’s finally ready for a forever home. She and Waldorf have been bonded from the start and are looking for a home together.

Both love to sunbathe and nap in the hammock or a nice fluffy blanket or bed. They are looking for a patient, loving adopter, who will give them time to open up and adjust in their new home. Jinx is faster to trust, but does not enjoy being picked up while Waldorf is initially shy but once he’s comfortable he’s a total love bug. Sweet Waldorf has a mild leg deformity in one limb. It does not affect his mobility at all, but it is something his future family should be aware of.

We will have so many more updates soon about our sweet baby boy Bunny, the mobility challenged stray from rural Ada. He’s roughly three years old and was hit by a car as a puppy and his back legs didn’t heal correctly, so he has a long road ahead of him.

We promise you all for a longer update soon, but for tonight we wanted to let everyone know he is here, he is safe, and he is endlessly loved already.

I also wanted to say a HUGE thank you to our sweet Shelby, our social media guru/Cattery tech/ultimate team player, who didn’t hesitate to volunteer her time to go pick Bunny up.

Tonight, Bunny is going to have the first sleep of his entire life where he feels safe, secure, and loved unconditionally. Welcome Bunny. 💕

Hey friends, we are coming to you guys tonight with a big ask for help. We need some transport support getting this guy, Bunny, to our facility tomorrow. He is a rural stray that has some serious mobility challenges in his back end, and while I promise to fill you all in on his story once he’s here and settled, we need to focus on getting him here safely first!

We want to give the biggest and most heartfelt thank you to our friends at Backroad Bridge Rescue for doing the boots on the ground work of getting this guy safely contained and holding onto him for us, this wouldn’t be possible without them!

We need help getting Bunny from Ada to Guthrie tomorrow, and would be so thankful for any sort of help, even if just halfway! He is a little on the shy side, so comfort and experience around large, shy babies is a bonus! If you think you can help us with Bunny’s arrival tomorrow, please message us here for details.

We promise to update everyone on Bunny and tell his story soon, we know you all will love this baby as much as we already do! And let’s all give a big big thank you again to Backroad Bridge Rescue. ❤️

Somewhere along the way, Tatum and Braveheart decided they were going to be best buds, and honestly, they’ve got a pretty good thing going. These boys spend their days playing, napping, and keeping each other company. But if there’s one thing they take seriously, it’s mealtime. Neither one is about to let his buddy eat without him. 😂 They’ve got their priorities straight! One of our favorite parts of sanctuary life is watching friendships like theirs develop. It’s so fun seeing who gravitates toward who, which personalities click, and how these little friendships become part of their everyday routines. Tatum and Braveheart are proof that life is just a little more fun when you’ve got a good buddy by your side. 🐾💚
