PFLAG GP is sad to announce that we are officially closing this chapter. We had so many great years and really valued our time in this community. Special thanks to Maurya Kay, who founded this chapter when it was so very needed in this area, and to GP Unitarian Church for allowing us building use. Although this is goodbye to our chapter, it isn't goodbye to local resources or great people and allies.
Check out PFLAG Detroit, Stand with Trans, WeGP, or Affirmations Community Center for help and support. Our board members are also exploring further ways to be of help in partnership with local organizations as well.
For those of you who supported us, came out to our events and meetings, attended Pride and have just generally been such great community partners, we thank you.
