March is recognized as Self-Harm Awareness Month—a time to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage open, compassionate conversations about mental health.

Self-harm is often a sign of deep emotional distress, and many individuals struggle in silence. By increasing understanding and offering support, we can help those affected feel seen, heard, and valued.
