* Until 1130 PM EDT.

* At 1052 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles west of
Greensburg, or 15 miles northeast of Columbus, moving east at 40
mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Greensburg, Adams, Milford, St. Paul, Millhousen, Newpoint,
Clarksburg, Letts, Burney, Sandusky, and Lake Santee.

This includes Interstate 74 between mile markers 124 and 144.

There was no shortage of interesting stories and surprising facts at this month's Leaders & Lagers as Dr. Rob Jackman and Dr. Audrey Evans shared the journey, growth, and future of Jackman's Animal Clinic. 🐄💙

We were honored to hear from Dr. Rob Jackman of Jackman's Animal Clinic, who shared the incredible story behind the growth of his practice. Dr. Jackman reflected on following in his father's footsteps into veterinary medicine, gaining valuable experience in Liberty, Indiana, before returning home to help grow the family practice into the thriving operation it is today.

From mixed animal care and a dedicated team, including an office manager who has been with the practice for 41 years, to the construction of their impressive 6,500-square-foot large animal facility, Dr. Jackman highlighted how innovation, safety, and efficiency continue to shape the future of veterinary medicine in our region. Attendees learned about the clinic's unique large animal ICU, educational scholarship opportunities for aspiring veterinarians, Dr. Jackman's experiences caring for deer farms, and even explored the fascinating world of animal cloning.

We also had the pleasure of hearing from Dr. Audrey Evans, Jackman's newest associate veterinarian. A recent graduate of Purdue University, Dr. Evans completed her externship at Jackman's and was drawn to the clinic by the variety of animals they treat, the high-quality medicine they practice, and their commitment to serving both the community and veterinary students.
