Meet Our Volunteers: Meet Jenny Post! 🌟
From advocating for our schools to shaping our community events, Jenny has been a pillar of the Greenlawn Civic Association since 2015! Here is her Greenlawn story. 🏡✨
📍 Finding Home
A 2014 trip to the Harborfields Public Library and a delicious dinner at Old Fields was all it took to sell Jenny on the town. She and her family have been proud residents ever since!
🎒 Community First
Driven by a passion for education, Jenny first jumped into community advocacy in 2015 to help secure full-day kindergarten for Harborfields. Since then, she has served GCA as both Secretary and President. Today, she keeps our organization growing by managing memberships, communications, and events! 📝📢
💼 Professional Expertise
When she isn’t volunteering, you can find Jenny working as a local realtor with Compass in Huntington Village. As a former English teacher, she brings a sharp eye, excellent communication skills, and a deep love for our local neighborhoods to everything she does. 🔍📚
⚾ Life Outside GCA
An avid reader at heart, Jenny spends her downtime curled up with a good book—that is, when she isn’t cheering loudly from the sidelines of the baseball field, watching her three boys play! 🧢🏆

Jane has proudly been part of the community for over 40 years and has been actively involved with the Greenlawn Civic Association since 2014. From supporting community projects to serving in multiple leadership roles, Jane continues to be a dedicated advocate for Greenlawn and the Harborfields community.

Meet Our Board: Tracy Tasch, GCA Treasurer!

We are so excited to introduce the keeper of the Greenlawn Civic Association finances, Tracy Tasch!

After growing up in Farmingdale and spending over a decade in Kew Gardens, Tracy and her family returned to Long Island in search of a vibrant community with incredible schools—and they found exactly what they were looking for right here in Greenlawn.

Tracy is a licensed NY CPA with nearly 20 years of experience, and she’s putting those elite skills to work as our Treasurer. She is incredibly excited to give back to her new home, get to know her neighbors, and dedicate years of service to keeping Greenlawn thriving.
