🌟 FREE Mindfulness & Wellness Event at Field Workshop! 🌟

We're excited to welcome back Hearts & Minds Adventure for its second year!

Brought to you by Youth Alliance, serving the Hales Corners and Greendale communities, this FREE event invites kids in grades 1–5 to explore mindfulness, creativity, and connection through hands-on crafts, fun activities, and meaningful conversations.

Big feelings, creative fun, and healthy minds! Join us for our Hearts & Minds Adventure, a FREE mental health and wellness event for kids in 1st–5th grade!

Kids will get to create, explore, take mindful breaks, and connect through fun crafts and conversations. Families will also take home simple tools and ideas to keep the conversation going long after the event!

Come make something, try something new, and discover fun ways to care for your heart and mind!

We had a BLAST at our October Cook, Craft & Create workshop, and we're just getting started! 🎨🧵

🦄 November 12 | Mythical Creatures & Fairy Tale Fun
Calling all dreamers, dragon lovers, and fairy tale fans! Get ready for an afternoon of magical, hands-on creativity where imagination takes center stage!

🐾 December 10 | Adopt-a-Pet Workshop**
Cuteness overload incoming! Young makers will welcome a new stuffed animal friend and get creative making special accessories for their new companion. 🐶💕

Both workshops run 4–6 PM at Field Workshop in Downtown Greendale!

We've been RESTOCKING like mad, and the Tinker Lab is filling up with creative goodies! Our wood section has adorable new block letters, fun shapes, and so much more just waiting to become something amazing!

🎨 TINY HANDS, BIG IDEAS! ❤️🧡

Big creativity starts with little hands!

Last week, our tiniest artists dove into RED, and today we're getting messy with ORANGE! 🍊

At Field Workshop, it's all about the PROCESS, not the product! Exploring, experimenting, building confidence, and having a whole lot of messy fun!

This series is fully booked, but more creative adventures are coming! Keep an eye out for us in the Winter/Spring 2027 Greendale & Greenfield Parks & Recreation catalogs!

Look at all the fun we had last year!

The FREE Hearts & Minds Adventure is coming back to Field Workshop for Year 2, and this is one event I highly recommend for families with 1st–5th graders.

Last year, I was so impressed by the creative activities and meaningful tools kids walked away with. Through art, hands-on activities, and play, they explored ways to calm their bodies, work through big feelings, and practice self-regulation, all in a way that felt FUN and approachable for kids. 🎨

And this year, the adventure continues!

This is a 3-hour drop-off event for ages 5-12, and we are feeding the kids dinner so you can have a real date night.
