About Us & Community Guidelines

We are an independent blog and social community for and about the 11th District of Green Bay, Wisconsin. We also aim to keep a watchful eye on our elected officials to keep them accountable. We share content and viewpoints of particular interest to residents of our district on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Come join us and share your own photos and stories with your community.

We are not affiliated with the city of Green Bay or any elected officials.

Social Media Policy This page, our website and our associated Facebook group are intended to be a civil and open forum for residents and supporters of Green Bay’s 11th Aldermanic District, so please keep your comments and wall posts clean.

In addition, we ask that you follow our posting guidelines. If your message does not abide by the guidelines, it will be removed and users may be removed at the administrator’s discretion: -We cannot allow graphic, obscene, explicit or racial comments, language or submissions, nor do we allow comments or language that are abusive, hateful or intended to defame or personally insult anyone or any organization. Some posts are automatically removed or filtered by Facebook for language.

-Keep topics local and relevant to Green Bay, and especially that which pertains to the 11th District. Off-topic posts and comments may be removed.

-Users participating in our Facebook Group must be residents of District 11, and are verified by providing their street address when requesting to join. -We will not allow solicitations or advertisements without pre-authorization by the administrators of these properties. Similarly, we do not allow attempts to defame or defraud any organization or governing body

-Users with fake names or profiles, or those whose profiles don’t indicate the person is a real, local person may be removed from GB11 properties. -We do not allow comments that suggest or encourage illegal activity. -You participate at your own risk, taking personal responsibility for your comments and any information provided.

-Users and related parties who block the administrators of the page on Facebook will be removed. Also, the appearance of external links on this site does not constitute official endorsement on behalf of the Green Bay’s 11th District or its associated members.
