Is your screen draining you?

Screen time can affect sleep, mood, focus, and stress levels. That does not mean screens are bad, but it does mean it is worth paying attention to how they make us feel.

Small changes can help. Turning off notifications, taking breaks, and setting screen-free time before bed can make screen time feel more balanced.

Through Inspire, students have conversations about wellness, healthy habits, and the choices that support their mental and emotional well-being.
