Congratulations Vincent

🏹 2026 Western National Shooter of the Year Spotlight:

Vincent Stewart
Male Young Adult Barebow
Little Belt Archers | Montana S3DA

Bow: PSE X-Appeal | PSE Archery
Plunger: WIAWIS Mighty Cushion Plunger
Tab: Bicaster Archery SP3 Barebow Tab
Stabilizer/Weight System: Hoyt Barebow Weight System | Hoyt Archery
Arrows: Victory | Victory Archery

Three years into his S3DA journey, Vincent Stewart has earned the title of 2026 Male Young Adult Barebow Western National Shooter of the Year! 🏆 But he's not done working toward what's next. Vincent has set a goal to practice even more and continue improving his form as he looks for ways to grow as an archer.

For Vincent, practice is about more than repetition. He enjoys it because it feels similar to shooting in a tournament, just in a much more relaxed and comfortable environment. That gives him the chance to focus on his technique, build consistency, and keep sharpening his skills without the pressure of competition.

Here's something you might not know about Vincent: he used to shoot compound before switching to barebow! His archery journey has taken him in a new direction, and he's continuing to make the most of it.

When he's not on the range, Vincent enjoys camping and hunting with a traditional bow. Camping also means making time for a family activity called stumping — shooting at old, rotting stumps for fun! It's a unique way to enjoy the outdoors together and make memories beyond competition. 🌲🏹

Congratulations, Vincent, on an outstanding season and on being named the 2026 Male Young Adult Barebow Western National Shooter of the Year! Here's to continued growth and great outdoor adventures!

Congratulations Nora

🏹 2026 Western National Shooter of the Year Spotlight:

Nora Krieger
Female Youth Pins
Little Belt Archers | Montana S3DA

Nora's Setup
Bow: Hoyt Concept FX | Hoyt Archery
Sight: Axcel | TRU Ball / AXCEL Archery
Rest: AAE Freakshow QD
Release: T.R.U. Ball Abyss Flex
Stabilizers: Conquest Smackdown & Bee Stinger | Black Eagle Arrows Bee Stinger
Arrows: Easton X10 Parallel Pros | Easton Archery
Quiver: Kuiu Hip Quiver

Over the past three years in S3DA, Nora Krieger has continued to grow as an archer, and one of her biggest areas of improvement this season has been the mental side of archery. She's worked hard to understand how to train her mind, build confidence, and strengthen the mental game that helps her perform at her best.

Nora is grateful to Jeremy Garness for introducing her to S3DA and welcoming her into the archery family. She also credits Rob Morgan, who runs a local archery shop, with playing a major role in her journey. From helping her navigate competitions to making equipment adjustments and offering guidance along the way, Rob has been a constant source of support. Nora says she wouldn't be where she is today without him.

Outside of S3DA, Nora competes in NFAA, MAA, USA Archery, 4-H, and JOAD. Her love of the outdoors extends well beyond the range, too! Her family owns a ranch, where she enjoys riding her horse and helping with the cattle. 🐴

One memory Nora especially wanted to share is the first bull elk she harvested with her bow: “One particular hunting memory that has made a lasting impression on me was my first bull elk that I shot with my bow. I was surrounded by my friends and my dad, and it made me feel special. This was one of the best memories of my life.”

Congratulations, Nora, on an incredible season and on being named the 2026 Female Youth Pins Western National Shooter of the Year! 🏹

The last couple weeks have been super busy for these kids with State & S3DA Western Nationals in back to back weekends but they crushed it and couldn’t be more proud of them.
Multiple individual awards. 3 Shooter of the year awards, 2 3rd place shooter of the year awards. Our Young Adult Team brought home the Team National Championship in both Target & 3D. Our Youth team placed 3rd in both and this year we had enough eagle shooters and they took 2nd Place as a team in 3D. Couldn’t be happier with these kids and their successes this year and ending on such high notes. Congratulations to all.
Now it’s tie for a break and surely hope to see you all again in November when we stat Indoor
