“MISSING: Male, neutered, black domestic with white diamond on chest. Very skinny. Big green eyes with brown spot in right eye, long skinny tail. Last seen on Sept 26. Very sweet and loving. Has an outdated chip with a Vacaville address. He’s cautious of humans, but is incredibly sweet. He has a brown spot in his right eye. His name is Raptor. Last seen in the neighborhood behind SaveMart, parallel to Ridge Rd, near to the soccer fields of Sierra College. “Meet a tiny tuxedo sweetheart with a milk mustache, enormous golden-yellow eyes, and a big purr. At just one year old, she’s still learning to trust people, but once you’re in her inner circle, she becomes very attached. She’s quiet, dainty, and very tidy in her litter box. She’d thrive as an indoor cat in a calm home with kind people, gentle older children, or mellow feline friends. Give her a little patience, and a soft place to land, and in return, she’ll gaze into your eyes and gently touch noses with you.“

Piangi is not a cat for someone who is worried about falling. He likes to walk alongside people very closely! Such a loving boy, he also enjoys laps and gets along well with other cats. Ask to meet him upstairs in Penny’s Place.

It may officially be the first day of Fall, but the busy season for animal rescues is still in full swing! This is what the average start of the day looks like for the AnimalSave spay/neuter clinic… and this is just the ferals awaiting their surgery! We also provide services for the county shelters, and privately owned animals as well.
We are so grateful for the local cat trappers. They work themselves to the point of exhaustion to help with the overpopulation problem. 80% of the cats that end up in our facility and other local shelters come from the feral cat population.
Spay and neuter your pets, and adopt from local shelters, please!

Does your cat need a friend? Lucky is amazing with other cats! He particularly enjoys playing with the teenage kittens, and is often the first cat welcoming new additions to our cat room. Here he is approaching Tortellini on her first day with an open cage door. She wasn’t sure about his presence, and he respected her boundaries.
Meet Lucky, Tortellini, and all of our amazing cats Monday-Saturday, 11am-4pm at 520 East Main Street! ❤️🐾
