Home Builders Association of Josephine County Code of Ethics
* Constantly seek to provide better values so that an even greater share of our people may enjoy the benefits of home ownership.
* Strive to develop the efficiency of the Home Building Industry to the end that labor may receive its just and proper reward.
* At all times contribute their knowledge in home building to the best interest

of those they serve.
* Deal fairly with their employees, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Not obtain any business by means of fraudulent statement or by use of implications unwarranted by fact of reasonable probability.
* Comply both in spirit and letter with rules and regulations prescribed by law and government agencies for the health, safety and progress of the community.
* Be alert to examine proposed or enacted state and local legislation detrimental to social, economic and political progress.
* Not perform, or cause to be performed any act which would tend to reflect on, or bring into disrepute any part of the home Building Industry.
* Strive to support association members and local businesses when prices and services are comparable. On April 15, 1966, the association affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and changed the name to Home Builders Association of Josephine County. In 1996, we purchased and renovated a home that is now our office building. The financial donations, as well as labor and materials from our membership, made this project possible.
