Our VP Dan Cayer is a talented artist who has been working on a project to refashion steel beams saved from the historic Madawaska-Edmundston bridge into an Acadian Star. He's partnered with the vocational students to take his original design and construct the full-scale sculpture. It's an incredible project, and one that honors our heritage, history, and community! Very exciting to see it reach this point!

The designer said it resembles an open-armed symbol from the United States that welcomes Acadians to the country.
