🇺🇸📚 LEAVE YOUR MARK 📚🇺🇸
As America prepares to celebrate 250 years of independence, we're inviting communities across the country to join us in a simple act of kindness that can make a lasting impact.
✨ Our goal: Collect 2,500 handmade bookmarks to accompany books distributed through Books for Boots to service members, veterans, injured recruits, deployed troops, military families, and military children.
A bookmark may seem small, but imagine opening a book and finding a message that says:
❤️ "Thank you for your service."
📖 "Hope you enjoy this book."
⭐ "You are appreciated."
Those few words can provide encouragement, comfort, and a reminder that someone cares.

✅ Community Organizations
✅ Individuals of all ages
How to join the movement:
1️⃣ Download the bookmark templates at booksforboots.org/leaveyourmark
2️⃣ Decorate your bookmarks with positive messages and artwork
3️⃣ Mail them back or drop them off at one of our designated locations

💙 This campaign was inspired by the belief that stories connect us and that gratitude should be shared. What began with one Marine recruit asking for a book has grown into a mission serving thousands of military members and families.
