🚣💚 One year ago Capital Crew made its mark in Sarasota, FL.

Among the highlights were these CC athletes that stood on the national podium:

🥉 Lexi Sheets & Ryan Goertz
3rd in the Nation (Open 2x)
🥉 Mary Anderson & Tatum Hall
3rd in the Nation (WY2-)

But the success didn’t stop there:

⭐ WU17 4+ — 5th in the Nation
⭐ MY2- — 6th in the Nation
⭐ MU16 8+ — 13th in the Nation
⭐️MY2-B— 27th in the Nation

Those results reflected something bigger than any one crew, a program built on hard work, resilience, teamwork, and a belief that Capital can compete with the best in the country.

Tomorrow, Capital athletes head to the USRowing Youth National Championships ready to write the next chapter of that story.

Good luck to all of our crews racing this week. The entire Capital Crew family is cheering you on, and we can’t wait to see what Capital brings home from Sarasota this year. 💚🚣

Looking for a fun, challenging, and rewarding sport this summer? Join Capital Crew’s Learn-to-Row Clinics and experience what makes rowing one of the fastest-growing sports for teens!

Whether you’re completely new to rowing or just curious to try something different, our clinics are designed to teach the fundamentals in a supportive and encouraging environment. You’ll learn rowing technique, teamwork, water safety, and have the opportunity to get out on the water with experienced coaches and athletes.

Oh what a night… ✨

Our Capital Crew Booster end-of-the-year banquet was filled with laughter, memories, gratitude and so much heart. From celebrating accomplishments to honoring the incredible people who make this community so special, it was the perfect way to close out an amazing year.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered, supported, attended and helped make this year unforgettable. The impact you make for our athletes , coaches and crew family truly matters.

Here’s to another incredible year ahead!
