The Youth Workforce Program, hosted in partnership by Natomas Unified School District and the Natomas Chamber of Commerce, is a week-long program that prepares local high school juniors and seniors with real-world job skills like resume building, interview preparation, and workplace readiness.

The program wraps up with our Youth Workforce Hiring Fair on June 12, where businesses can connect directly with motivated students who are ready to work!

There are also other great ways to get involved—participate in mock interviews, join a panel discussion, or help support student stipends to make the program accessible to even more youth.
