Adoption Choice, Inc.’s 40th anniversary is more than a milestone—it's about the people behind the mission.
Chris joined the ACI team in the fall of 2017 as Green Bay’s Administrative Assistant, but when her family moved to the Milwaukee area she transitioned to the Glendale office. Chris not only supports our adoption caseworkers and leadership team but also spearheads the Touched by Adoption fundraising event in Milwaukee and the annual ACI Family Picnic each summer.
Chris has a background in early childhood education and is a certified Montessori primary teacher. She spent eight years teaching young children aged 3-6 years old, including Kindergarten, before transitioning into administration. Upon moving to Green Bay from the Chicagoland area, she continued her career in service with a national mentoring program, followed by nearly a decade with a local family shelter serving pregnant and parenting young women.
In her free time, Chris enjoys cooking, traveling, and the challenges of keeping her jungle of houseplants alive. She finds the quality of life is enhanced when spending time with friends and family – her husband and two adult children, in particular.
Forty years. Countless lives touched. And a team that's made it all possible.
