Please read carefully, team! Due to the weather our conditioning session for tonight, Wednesday 6/10 is CANCELLED. ❌🌧️
But you know we can’t let the grind stop entirely! We want to make sure our athletes still get their work in, so we are shifting gears and offering a special MAKEUP SESSION THIS SUNDAY from 3pm -4:30pm🔋🏈🎀

Just a quick reminder for all our athletes and families: there is NO conditioning Sunday!
Take the day for rest, recovery, and maybe a little extra time on the couch. 🛋️💤
Our coaching staff wants everyone to recharge your batteries and bring 110% energy when we hit the field Monday. Go drink some water, stretch out, and enjoy the day off!

Summer Conditioning program officially kicks off on Monday, June 1st! 🏈💪📣Conditioning is for Cheer and Football players.
We are building the speed, strength, and stamina needed to dominate the field this fall. Here is what you need to know to hit the field running:
🗓️ When: Every Monday & Wednesday night
⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 Where: 4791 Pouncey Tract Rd
🎒 Bring: Cleats or tennis shoes, athletic wear, and a BIG water bottle!
🔥 IMPORTANT:🔥
For the first two weeks, conditioning is OPEN TO ALL ATHLETES! Bring your friends, your neighbors, and anyone who wants to get in great shape.
⚠️ After the first two weeks, practice is strictly open to registered players only. If you haven’t locked in your roster spot yet, time is ticking! ⏱️
