Behind every program and participant experience is a team of outstanding leaders committed to creating meaningful impact 💚
While participants may see the smiles, encouragement and energy during class, there is so much that happens behind the scenes to make our programs possible.
From developing lesson plans, arriving early and staying late, to organizing equipment, answering parent questions, supporting and training fellow coaches, helping spread the word about our programs and representing First Tee — Oregon throughout the community, these coaches do far more than teach the game of golf.
They are mentors, role models and leaders who help shape the culture of our organization just as much as they help shape the experiences of the participants we serve ⛳️
