We are excited to share that our Youth Camp License for 2026 has been approved! GGE is a little over one month away and we can’t wait to see you!

We’re excited to share that Gilmont has officially received our Youth Camp License from the State of Texas to operate for Summer Camp 2026!

Over the past year, camps across Texas have worked diligently to meet new safety requirements following last summer’s tragic flooding. We are grateful for the state leaders, emergency professionals, and fellow camp leaders who helped guide this process and strengthen safety standards for all camps.

At Gilmont, creating a safe, sacred, and caring community has always been central to who we are. Alongside new safety improvements and upgraded emergency systems, we continue to invest deeply in staff training, camper care, and the relationships that make camp feel like family.

Summer Camp is already packed with faith, friends, and unforgettable fun—but now we’re adding a little extra scoop of excitement.

Register for Day Camp or Overnight Camp by February 28, and your camper will be entered to win an Ice Cream Party for their entire cabin or small group!

And this is just the beginning of the fun. Each month between now and the start of camp, we’re serving up new giveaways for registered camper families. Every camper registered for Day or Overnight Camp is automatically entered each month.

The earlier you register, the more chances you have to win. Winners will be announced at the beginning of each month, so don’t wait to get in on the sweetest deal of the season.

If you register for a week of Overnight or Day Camp by January 31, your camper will be entered into a drawing to win Counselor for a Day and have the chance to call cabin lines, lead an energizer, distribute camp mail, wake up their cabin, and more!

This is the first opportunity to win Gilmont’s monthly camp giveaways!

Each month between now and the start of camp, we will be giving away some exciting prizes to registered camper families.

Any camper registered for Day or Overnight Camp will be entered into the giveaway each month.
