CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT

Next Level Soccer is excited to announce two new leadership roles within our Academy:

🔵 Ricardo Oliveira — Director, U13 & Below
🔵 Yago Da Silva — Director, U14 through Adult

Ricardo will lead our younger age groups, helping establish the technical foundation, standards, and habits that define a Next Level player.

Yago will oversee our U14 through adult programs, helping guide players through the later stages of development and into our UPSL and adult pathway.

Both have played important roles in shaping the culture and environment at Next Level, and we’re excited to have them step into expanded roles.

Congratulations, Ricardo and Yago!

SIGNED.

This one is a story about believing in the process.
Before Isaac Skelley ever called Arizona home, he and his family were making multiple trips each year from Alaska to Arizona just so Isaac could train in the Next Level environment.

Last year, they took an even bigger leap — leaving Alaska and moving to Arizona full-time so Isaac could continue his development with Next Level.

One year later, that leap has turned into an incredible opportunity.

Isaac is headed to Colorado to join the Colorado Rapids Academy.

Congratulations, Isaac.

Proud of you and everything you’ve put into this journey — and incredibly grateful to the Skelley family for trusting us to be a part of it.

SIGNED.

Three years of trusting the process.

Julian Fuentes has spent the last three years at Next Level — putting in the work, competing every day, and continuing to push himself to become a better player. Excited to see that work turn into opportunity.

Now he’s taking the next step.

Congratulations to Julian on signing with Orlando City.

Proud of you, Julian.

SIGNED.

Another one that goes way back.

Enzo Marques has trusted the process for six years — putting in the work, continuing to develop, and growing alongside us every step of the way.

We’ve had the privilege of watching Enzo grow from a young player with big potential into the player he is today.

Now he’s taking the next step.

Congratulations to Enzo on signing with Real Salt Lake in Utah.

Proud of you, Enzo.

SIGNED.

This one goes way back.

Lucas Kerns started playing for Coach Paylor when he was just 6 years old. When Next Level opened its doors in 2022, Lucas and his family were among the first to believe in what we were building.

Since then, we’ve had the privilege of watching him grow, compete, and develop into the player he is today.
Now he’s taking the next step.

Congratulations to Lucas on signing with Barça Academy AZ.

Proud of you, Lucas.

This is a pretty cool moment for us.

When you’re in the middle of building something, you don’t always stop and look at how far it’s come. You’re just focused on the next training session, the next game, the next player and trying to make the environment a little better.

Then you have an offseason like this one.

Seeing so many kids who have spent time at Next Level get opportunities at the next level of the game is pretty special.

And we know these aren’t “our” players. That’s not how development works. Players have coaches, clubs and trainers who impact them along the way. They have parents making ridiculous sacrifices behind the scenes. And most importantly, they’re the ones who put in the work. We were just lucky enough to be one part of it.

But if Next Level played even a small role in helping a player get where they wanted to go, we’re damn proud of it.

Over the next couple weeks, we’re going to share some of those stories. There are too many to share them all, but there are some really cool ones worth celebrating.

And hopefully we’re just getting started. Keep climbing.

We’ve been putting in the work all summer. Now the payoff is almost here.

Games and tournaments are right around the corner and our players are ready to show what they’ve been working for.

Let’s go!

What does a goal sound like? Apparently... this. 😂⚽️

If your kid is obsessed with soccer, they’ll fit right in.

The best soccer players don’t just train differently—they learn differently.

The environment a player spends 40+ hours a week in shapes who they become.

That’s why we built Premier Prep.
• Elite daily soccer training
• Accredited academics
• Strength & speed development
• Recovery built into the schedule
• Coaches invested in long-term player development

School shouldn’t be something your soccer career has to work around. It should help accelerate it.

If your player is serious about reaching the next level, maybe it’s time to rethink what school can look like.

Classes begin August 11.

If your child’s goals are bigger than the traditional school model... maybe it’s time their school was too.

The Elite Performance Academy (EPA) is redefining what school can look like for serious student-athletes.

In partnership with the Chandler Unified School District, students receive the same high-quality academic curriculum as a traditional school—but in a schedule designed specifically for athletes pursuing higher goals.

7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Students attend school at Chandler’s Elite Performance Academy at the Humphrey campus.

1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Students are transported directly to Next Level Soccer, where they receive two hours of daily, high-level technical training.

Parents simply pick them up from Next Level at the end of the day.

The program is also a great fit for many homeschooled students and athletes whose schools offer flexible schedules.

Whether you’re:
• An elite player chasing college, professional, or national team dreams.
• A homeschool family looking for elite training and structured academics.
• A family wanting to take advantage of Arizona’s ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account) program.
• Or simply looking for an educational model that supports your child’s athletic ambitions...

The Elite Performance Academy was built for you.

Less time commuting.
More touches.
More development.
No compromise on academics.

The traditional school day wasn’t designed for high-performance athletes.

The Elite Performance Academy was.
