All activities and events referred to on this web site are available to members in good standing and qualified guest. Moose lodge 1526 provides opportunities for fraternal unity within its membership throughout the United States, Canada, Great Britain and Bermuda, and has as a basic tenet - excellence in volunteerism, fraternalism, the promise of the finest living facilities at both Mooseheart and Moosehaven and continual custodial service for those entrusted to our care. Gettysburg Moose Lodge 1526 is committed to a positive leadership role in our communities as demonstrated by the establishment of modern lodge facilities and family centers to host activities for the entire family, complete and varied sports programs and assistance to our neighbors in need through community service programs. This is accomplished through continuous leadership training programs that adhere to high ethical standards, excellence, quality and total volunteer commitment by every lodge officer. Gettysburg Moose Lodge 1526 is a charitable, non-discriminatory, nonprofit corporation funded primarily by members of the Moose.

CELEBRATING 100 YEARS THIS MONTH!!!

Lodge #1526 has "been through it," for lack of a better phrase. We had a big Lodge and enjoyed the heydays of Club Life up through the 80's and 90's.

Times changed and we had to change with them. Fiscal responsibility meant selling the property at 19 York St and re-establishing ourselves. We were closed for a little over a year in 2017 while we downsized and built our current home.

It took some time and the right people, but WE CAME BACK STRONG! We have one of the highest per-member donation rates in the state, not to mention a *Premier Lodge* award?!?! Our Heart of the Community donations regularly hit top marks... even if the official coins never arrive, we know what we do for the community!

Again, our Members are Everything. We wouldn't be here after 100 years without you and your support! ❤️❤️❤️

Looking for another bartender (or two).

We posted this ad in August and got a lot of "interest" but only one person showed up to fill out an application. He has been a *great* addition to our staff and we would love to have one or two more!

***If you are interested, stop by during business hours to fill out an application.***

To answer the main questions:
One bartender per day. Schedules are made monthly based on your availability. Hours are:
Sun 2-8
Mon 4-8
Tue 4-8
Wed closed
Thu 4-930
Fri 4-930
Sat 2-930

Two Sundays from now! October's Sunday Funday on the 25th will bring the Taco Man back for one more round before he closes up shop for the winter.
