⚽ GENTRY YOUTH SOCCER NEEDS YOU! ⚽
As we prepare for another exciting fall season, we are currently looking for volunteer coaches for our U8 and U10 divisions.
Coaching youth soccer is one of the most rewarding ways to give back to our community. It’s an opportunity to help young athletes build confidence, learn teamwork, develop new skills, and create memories that can last a lifetime.
Will it take some time and effort? Absolutely.
Will there be days when you’re figuring things out as you go? Of course.
But ask almost any coach, and they’ll tell you the same thing: seeing the growth, excitement, and smiles from the kids makes it all worth it.
One thing I want every potential volunteer to know is that you do NOT need to be a soccer expert to coach. If you’re willing to encourage kids, be a positive role model, and help them have fun while learning the game, we can help with the rest.
As your Gentry Youth Soccer Coordinator, I will be available throughout the season to provide:
✅ Practice plans
✅ Age-appropriate drills
✅ Coaching resources
✅ Team management guidance
✅ Ongoing support whenever you need it
Our goal is to create an inclusive, positive environment where every child has the opportunity to play, grow, and enjoy the game. That only happens because members of our community step forward to help.
