Last week, our FFA members put together Farmer Fuel Bags for local farmers to enjoy during harvest season! Each bag included a different treat, item, or product representing a different part of agriculture.

We are so thankful for everyone who helped make this project possible and for the opportunity to show our appreciation to the farmers who work hard to feed and provide for our communities!

A huge thank you to Hanford Insurance for helping us make this amazing project happen!

This past week, we held our September Chapter Meeting!

Mr. Jerry Snodgrass from Maple City Cruisers joined us to present a generous donation in appreciation of our students’ volunteer efforts at Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. We are so grateful for their support of Geneseo FFA!

We also announced our “HERDS” for the year and spent some time visiting and enjoying dinner together. To wrap up the night, students participated in a scavenger hunt filled with goofy challenges, teamwork, and a little FFA history!

Our Greenhand’s kicked off the year with a pancake brunch. Afterwards, members got to know each other and build teamwork skills through fun activities including, a three-legged race, wheelbarrow race, sponge throwing relay, and two water dumping relays!
