🐴 WHAT AN UNBELIEVABLE DAY! OUR FOREVER HOME IS FINALLY HERE! ❤️
Can you believe it? 32 of our 34 horses moved to Unbridled Forever Farm in ONE DAY! 😭❤️
Thirty days of planning and working toward this moment, and watching our horses begin settling into their forever home is something my heart can hardly put into words.
Here are a few photographs from last night as we began getting everyone settled. The herd settled in beautifully and peacefully. Seeing them resting comfortably in their new surroundings filled my heart with gratitude.
And there’s something else that has my heart smiling: this farm is so perfectly set up operationally for the number of horses we care for and the level of care they need. After years of managing a herd spread across multiple farms and barns, having a property where our daily routines, feeding, specialized care, rehabilitation, and herd management can come together in one place is an incredible blessing. This layout makes sense for our operation, our workload, and most importantly, the horses. It gives us a foundation to care for them more efficiently while keeping their comfort and well-being at the center of everything we do.
To every set of hands that helped make this monumental day possible, THANK YOU! From Chris Taylor to Kristina Calvert, Ronda, Kayla, Steve, Brett, Melissa, Kitty, Samantha, Dorian, Bob, Dr. Cahill, Beth, and so many others who showed up, stepped in, and helped us get the job done — we could not have done this without you. ❤️
We simply ran out of daylight! Loyalist and Breezy Song are our lone soldiers still waiting to make the trip, and they’ll be picked up Friday. Then we’ll have everyone home.
For so long, our herd has been spread across multiple farms and barns. Now, one by one, they are coming home to the place we worked so hard to make possible.
34 horses. One forever home. A lifetime of promises kept. 🐎❤️
This is more than a move. It’s the beginning of a new chapter for Unbridled Spirits Thoroughbred Retirement Ranch — a place designed around the horses, their comfort, their care, and their right to a beautiful life after racing.
My heart is overflowing. Forever grateful. Forever home.
Welcome home, my beautiful herd. You are safe, you are loved, and you are HOME. 🏡🐴❤️
