Thank you to everyone who stopped by the EGOM table this past Sunday! It was so wonderful to meet new folks and fellowship!

This Sunday, we will be so grateful if you'll bring your bagged clothes donations to the TV table in the Commons area.
Willie and I will be looking for you! 🙌🏼

Thank you for taking time to do this. We are gearing up for a big Outreach at Linn Park this month, where we serve probably 100 of our precious friends in a two hour span of time. It will be a great day as the Christway Cares food truck and shower trailer will be there with us as well. It will be a Holy Ghost party, and we NEED LOTS OF CLOTHES AND SNEAKERS, so don't forget us this Sunday, and let's make it great! And remember, V is for victory in Jesus Christ! ✌🏼

*Just a reminder: NO dress clothes, no kids clothes, no pajamas, no bathing suits, no used underwear, no house coats, or slippers!

Hello Christway family! EGOM will have a table set up in the Commons this Sunday, August 30th. Please stop by and say hello! Since Christway has been growing, there's a lot of folks we haven't had the opportunity to meet yet! Our goal is to raise awareness of our ever growing needs as we minister to our precious homeless community. 

1) CLOTHES AND SNEAKER DONATIONS

We serve the homeless community downtown twice a month. We give away tons of clothes and sneakers, and are in need 24/7!! We're still taking summer items thru Oct! We take casual type clothes: Jeans, T-shirts, Polos, Cargo Shorts, Casual Tops, and Sneakers! 
PLEASE NO: pajamas, kid clothes, swim suits, house robes, slippers, dress clothes, torn or stained items, or used underwear. 🙂

4) OUR AMAZON LIST! We give out lots of other items besides clothes. I will tell you all about it!

it was a super hot day in the streets of Birmingham today. 🥵We set up our tents and tables at the corner of 11th and 5th downtown, prayed in the Holy Ghost, and God drew our people in.  We were blessed to see lots of our precious friends and met some new ones. We had 3 salvations today, glory to God! We gave out bibles, tons of clothes, sneakers, toiletries, and Gatorade.!! Everyone received prayer today as we ministered salvation, healing. and deliverance. 
The favor of God continues to open effective doors for us with divine opportunities. We were blessed to have our Birmingham Police friends stop by and say hello. It's such a blessing to know that they support what we do helping the homeless.
We are getting stronger, our team is growing, and we just wanna reach more precious souls for the kingdom of God! God loves you. He sees you right where you're at and He wants to help. El Roi, the God who sees you! He will make a way where there seems to be no way. He will do the miraculous on your behalf. Start expecting great things and watch God!!

NOW THE LORD IS SPIRIT, AND WHERE THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS THERE IS FREEDOM!! 2nd Corinthians 3:17 ✌🏼🔥🙌🏼

We were blessed to see lots of our precious friends downtown today! We gave out special gift backpacks containing new underwear, new socks,new bras, body wipes, a full toiletry bag, snacks, Gatorade, feminine products and much more! Gave away tents, clothes, sneakers, and lots of hugs and prayer.

One sweet girl asked Jesus into her heart,and all I got to say is: HELL LOST ANOTHER ONE!
We prayed for chains of addiction to be broken, in the name of Jesus, commanding the devil to take his claws off our precious friends so they can walk free.

We released healing, deliverance, and salvation. God is gonna do what only God can do, but He wants to use me and you !!
We are so grateful to plant seeds that produce the fruit that can produce more seeds.!!

I prayed with a sweet pregnant girl today, and when I bound up addiction, her whole body started quivering. You know why? BECAUSE ALL OF HELL TREMBLES AT THE NAME OF JESUS.!!! it's time to lay hold and be bold! 🦁

Well, thank you Jesus for victory today!🙌🏼
The rain tried to stop us, but we stood strong. We stood in faith, we all showed up, including the shower trailer, and the food truck. We kept our clothing and Bible tables covered with plastic,prayed in the Holy Ghost, and came in agreement that it would stop sprinkling!! Thank you Jesus!! We didn't back down, and we ended up having a great Outreach at the Five Points South Fountain. We ministered to 40 of our precious friends, Christway Cares gave out 90 smoked barbecue sandwiches, chips, cookies, and drink included!  The shower trailer served up hot showers, and we prayed the word of God over all souls! I believe that no matter what it looks like sounds like smells like, we are planting seeds that must come up.

ISAIAH 55:10-11 "For as the rain comes down and the snow from heaven and do not return there, but water the earth and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth. It shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it." says the Lord!

Please help us continue to pray for our friends who are homeless on the streets of Birmingham. We all bleed red! Everybody we minister to could be somebody's son or daughter, mother or father, aunt or uncle, sister or brother. Their lives matter! And there's nobody that God's Word can't save! Please agree with us for the harvest of souls, in Jesus name !

Jesus said, "I AM THE BREAD IF LIFE. WHOEVER COMES TO ME, WILL NEVER GO HUNGRY,  AND WHOEVER BELIEVES IN ME WILL NEVER GO THIRSTY" John 6:35

Survival mode is at an all-time high on the streets of Birmingham. Im so grateful we were able to help with the essentials; T-shirts, jeans, shorts,underwear, socks, toiletries, backpacks, full body wipes, Gatorade, ice cold water, sneakers, some medical supplies, and lots and lots of prayer!!!
Some of our friends are in dire straits, in critical condition, just living minute by minute. So many traumatic things that are just stuffed down deep inside. Drugs and alcohol numb the pain because it seems that there's absolutely no way out, but we know the Way-maker!
We prayed with several people for God to intervene. God sees you. God hears your cry. He listens to a broken and contrite heart. He is the repairer of the breach, your daily bread, the lover of your soul, the healer of your wounds !! He loves you and is always available!

HOPE DEFERRED MAKES THE HEART SICK, BUT WHEN THE DESIRE IS FULFILLED, IT IS A TREE OF LIFE. (Proverbs 13:12)
It was a fruitful BLESSING DRIVE BY full of love and fellowship, and even some new friends to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with. We gave out 45 blessing gift bags full of toiletry items, shower in a bag, new underwear,socks,snacks, gatorade, feminine products and paparazzi jewelry for the ladies, tons of new T-shirts and shorts, jeans, and sneakers. We're so glad that we can meet some small needs, but the Lord knows everything they have need of and is able, willing, and ready to do what only He can do: Save. Heal. Deliver! 
Almost every precious soul we prayed over today acknowledged Jesus Christ as Savior.
Please continue to help us pray for our precious friends homeless on the streets, struggling with addiction, struggling day-to-day needs being met. Our job is to love love love. Sometimes it gets discouraging feeling like we're not making a difference, but I know that Jesus IS the difference.

We had a Holy Ghost party on the 12th Avenue sidewalk today full of divine appointments! Several of our precious friends came by and fellowshipped with us. Two new souls received salvation today and everybody else received prayer in the name of Jesus Christ..🙌🏼 Christway Care's food truck served 80 cheeseburgers fresh off the grill , and the shower trailer ministered several hot showers! All three teams did such an amazing job and we are so proud to see the compassion and passionate pursuit that goes in to every outreach !
I am so obsessed with these three ministries working together, because we're all on the same team --- TEAM JESUS. Amen!  it was a steady flow of foot traffic today and we were able to meet some basic needs. God has a plan. God has a purpose, and God sees you right where you're at. He loves you. He promised that He would never leave you nor forsake you. Now that is good news. We are so grateful to make many connections today and the biggest connection is being connected to the True vine, Jesus Christ, for He loves His sheep, and will not abandon you ever!!
