Identity Identity creates opportunities for youth, families and communities with the most need to realize their highest potential and thrive.

Each year, Identity assists more than 3,000 in-school and out-of-school youth and their families who live in high-poverty areas of Montgomery County and who are most at-risk for poor academic and economic life outcomes. We empower Latino youth to reach their highest potential and work towards a successful transition into adulthood. We envision a just and equitable society that nurtures all youth and is enriched by their contributions. What We Do:

Identity was proud to take part in the PATESI Foundation’s Districts for Dignity: The Period Games, a youth-led day of service where high school students collected period and postpartum products, assembled emergency kits, raised awareness and gave back to their community. 💙 Identity was honored to receive donated products from the event, and our team even had the opportunity to join PATESI Foundation CEO and Co-Founder Yvonne Esipila Patron as part of the judging panel!

Thank you to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHCI) and their partners at State Farm for donating 350 individually packaged disaster preparedness kits to Identity to help families in need.

Each pouch contains emergency preparedness essentials, such as a first aid kit, flashlight, water purification tablets, masks, hand sanitizer, moist towelettes, and other helpful items. This donation is especially meaningful during Hispanic Heritage Month, and the kits will be distributed to families across Montgomery County who are participating in Identity’s Workforce Development, In-School and Out-of-School Time, Case Management and Wellness Programs.

¡Muchas gracias al Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) y a sus aliados de State Farm por donar a Identity 350 kits individuales de preparación para emergencias para apoyar a las familias que más lo necesitan.

Cada paquete contiene artículos esenciales para estar preparados ante una emergencia, como un botiquín de primeros auxilios, una linterna, tabletas para purificar agua, cubrebocas, desinfectante de manos, toallitas húmedas y otros artículos útiles.

Esta donación es especialmente significativa durante el Mes de la Herencia Hispana. Los kits serán distribuidos a familias de todo el Condado de Montgomery que participan en los programas de Desarrollo Laboral, programas escolares y fuera del horario escolar, Gestión de Casos y Bienestar de Identity.

Identity’s Lighthouse program, in partnership with the American Diversity Group (ADG), will be hosting a Health Clinic for adults at our Headquarters on Saturday, September 26th.

Families may also be eligible for the Food as Medicine Program, which provides free groceries for six months to qualifying parents with children under 18. 🥕🥦

Registration: Interested clients can register via the QR code found on the attached flyers. During the registration process, clients will be able to select their preferred time slot.

El programa Lighthouse de Identity, en colaboración con American Diversity Group (ADG), llevará a cabo una Clínica de Salud para adultos en nuestra sede el sábado 26 de septiembre.

Además, algunas familias podrían calificar para el programa Food as Medicine, que ofrece alimentos gratuitos durante seis meses a padres con hijos menores de 18 años. 🥕🥦
