Retreats and Resources for women whose family members are battling addiction or mental illness or they themselves are grieving the loss of life expectations for their family member. Mission: We provide a safe, faith-based place for women who are living in chaos and have neglected their own needs because they are helping to fight the battles of loved ones dealing with addiction or mental health issues. Our retreats are designed to offer them rest, hope, spiritual encouragement, and connection so that when they return home they are more equipped to navigate life’s next challenge with strength and courage. Vision: We want to guide thousands of women in creating new legacies for their families that inspire future generations to see God’s faithfulness so that they can not only face life’s battles but empower others to do the same.

It's Emotional Wellness Month, so we'll be sharing a few ways you can improve your own emotional health this month.

One of our values at Just Be Held Ministries is connection, and it's also an important part of our mental and emotional health. Finding friends with whom you can be your true self and share the good, the bad, and the ugly is one of the best ways to ease stress and lift your spirits.

If you're struggling to find connection in your life, we'd love to have you at our next retreat. We guarantee you will find women ready to be real and to welcome your realness too.

Al-Anon Family Support Groups offer strength and hope for friends and families of those battling addiction, specifically those dealing with alcoholism. If you or someone you know is struggling with the chaos of having a family member battling alcoholism, call 478-254-3414 to talk to an Al-Anon Member.

Yay! The day is finally here! We've missed our Just Be Held family so much, and now we can take the first step toward reuniting in February.
