Since becoming a PGA HOPE Ambassador in 2025, Jason Strejcek has continued to be a light for the program and fellow Veterans in his home Section of Northern Ohio PGA.

This week, the U.S. Navy Veteran gets to step into the role serving as the Section 8 Squad Leader — where he is getting to help usher in a new group of Ambassadors, and completing a full-circle moment in his PGA HOPE Journey.

An evening we won’t soon forget.

To close out day three of National Golf & Wellness Week, we were incredibly lucky to spend some time with legendary player Brad Faxon at the Capitol Hill Club. It was an honor getting to hear from one of the greatest putters to have played the game talk about his process and his journey in golf — and what it’s taught him on and off the course.

In 2025, Dusty Hull came to National Golf & Wellness Week representing the Michigan PGA and left energized to share the mission of PGA HOPE with fellow Veterans like himself.

This week, Dusty gets to lead a new generation of PGA HOPE Ambassadors as the Havoc Squad Leader, and with it, reigniting and inspiring that same duty so more Heroes can find their own sense of hope and belonging.

It’s Friday at National Golf & Wellness Week. Part of our wellness journey is remembering that well-being can come from many sources — not just golf. Thank you to the Veterans Yoga Project for providing a refreshing reminder that we’re always growing and that wholeness can come from more than one place.
