Update on sweet Cleo! She is doing much better. We ran some labs when we first got her and her CBC was pretty yucky. Dr Betten added in more meds and prescribed rest and recovery. Our sweet Aly stepped up to foster her. She’s brighter and is starting to show her sweet personality now.
Our plan is to recheck her labs this week and then get her to orthopedic surgeon in the next few weeks.

Meet Cleo! 🐾❤️

This sweet little girl is only about 1 year old and weighs just 35 pounds. Cleo, a Husky mix, was found wandering the streets of Irving after what we believe was a devastating accident—possibly being hit by a car.

Despite everything she’s been through, Cleo is incredibly gentle, loving, and full of hope. Unfortunately, she has radial nerve paralysis in her front right leg, and it is unlikely to recover. After giving her time to rest, heal, and decompress, she will most likely need her leg amputated.

Now we’re asking our amazing dog-loving community to help give Cleo the second chance she deserves. Every donation—big or small—will go directly toward her surgery and recovery.
