For those families that are having food security issues. Please go to the Rotary Foundation of the San Juan Islands and sign up for weekend deliveries. We provide weekend nutrition to families in need. Everything is confidential.

We all need to pitch in during these difficult times.

We had such a great time at the San Juan County Fair this week, one more day left! Thank you to everyone who stopped by The Community Foundation's booth, visited with us, and gave so generously to help reduce food insecurity on the island.

Because of you, we’re close to our $10,000 goal — with just $4,000 left unfunded.

Your support directly sustains the 36 Weekends Program, providing year-round nutritious food for about 90 island kids through our weekend deliveries island students of all grades, summer school program, library outreach, and juvenile court program.

It’s that time of year again Rotary Car Show at the San Juan Vineyard! TIME TO REGISTER!

August 10th, 2025 …

San Juan Island, WA— Now in its 17th year, the Rotary Car Show is known for its relaxed, friendly atmosphere and stunning setting at San Juan Vineyard, 3136 Roche Harbor Road. Held August 10th, 11 am -3 pm, the show welcomes custom, classic, alternative fuel vehicles and this year agricultural vehicles. Live music, food, vineyard wines, and awards provide the winning combination for an afternoon of fun. Entry is free to the public (donations welcome) or $10 to enter a vehicle. More information

Hear Martin Eberhard, co-founder of Telsa Motors, and a world-renowned inventor and speaker present “The Future is Electric” a fascinating talk about bringing new technologies to market. Jay Kimball from the OPALCO team and chair of the County Climate and Sustainability Committee will address the future of electricity in the San Juan Islands.
