Harriet comes as a bonded pair with her adorable and funny brother Bobby.
Yes, we know it is harder to adopt in pairs! However we will always have the cats best interest at heart and Bobby and Harriet are bonded! They came to us as shy, unadoptable little kittens with their mom. They have since come a long way and are in a loving foster home. Harriet and Bobby's foster parents have spent a lot of time and loving care to turn this little family into kittens enjoying pets, playtime and cuddles with their humans. Our fosters are giving us their input, because they know "their" cats. Harriet loves her little brother and they do not want to be seperated. The same goes for Dora and her mommy Cass, also adoptable on our petfinder.

Of course everyone is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and fiv/felv tested.

Enzo had another physical therapy appointment this morning and is doing amazing! He has come such a long way since he came to us, so badly injured back in the middle of May. And what a trooper he has been thru all of it! He has had a harder time using one of his hind legs, the one that had the toe amputation. But since about a week, both paws are touching the ground when he walks more and more. Way to go, Enzo, you are almost at the finish line ❤️

The two babes from our recent spay trip aren't feeling well and are now in our care afterall. Both are little females, that were spayed on Friday. After receiving a text last night about one of them being lethargic and neither of them eating much i was super concerned. Luckily things didn't look all that bad once they arrived. Their temperature was a little elevated and i started them both on antibiotics just to be safe. Both drank and ate some Churu for me and fingers crossed all will be fine. It is rough on these kittens to be spayed so young, but sadly a necessity these days. They were trapped as "ferals" but can be handled already. These babies will be friendly, no doubt, and now i am hoping we can find an adopter for both. Is anyone looking for two little orange cuties? They weigh just under three pounds and are about 12 weeks young. Spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and of course flea treated and dewormed. There will be no adoption fee, since they do need some socialization and they were also done under a feral cat program and are eartipped. Please consider giving these adorable girls a home. They were born on the streets and fought to survive ever since. They need lots of tlc and some good food.

Cow - hoof trimming - Sunday

Early start today with Thomsen Livestock Services rolling in at 7 30 am.
While our big steer Bubba was the most cooperative, our two cow ladies Maya and Freckles were making sure things don't go too smooth!
As you can see in the pictures they escaped and a lot of cow chasing was involved. We will have to invest in cattle panels and train these girls for next time! However, the guys from Thomsen Livestock were once again very patient and got all three done. I opted out of doing our little cows, because i did not feel like more cow chasing today. They will get done in November. Everyone is happily secured, fed and watered, including myself 🤣

Meet "Dolly"
Sort of an emergency intake from two days ago. Just in time for the upcoming spay trip yesterday! 👍
Dolly is just about a year young, the friendliest and sweetest kitty you have ever met! To humans and other cats! She was just about to be tossed outside and also made an unspayed female outside cat. Where? Oakville. Why? Husband doesn't like her anymore. Maybe move the husband out? 🤷‍♀️ I'm sorry, i just can't anymore!

Dolly is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative, flea treated and dewormed. This sweetest of all girls is ready for a LOVING, indoor only new home!
