📘 About the Franklin Middle School Boosters Club

Our Mission
We are the dedicated parent and community volunteer organization focused on enhancing the educational, athletic, and extracurricular experiences for every student at Franklin Middle School (FMS). We believe that strong community support is essential to student success. What We Do
The Boosters Club focuses on two primary areas of support for FMS:

*Financial Support (Fundraising): We coordinate and execute various fundraisers throughout the year to provide necessary resources outside of the school budget. Funds raised directly support:

Equipment, resources, and end of season awards ceremonies for sports teams. Materials for clubs, arts programs, and academic competitions.

*Volunteer Support (Manpower): We organize parent and community volunteers to assist with school operations and events, including:

Concessions sales ( as scheduled). Providing event-day support for recognition ceremonies. Inclusivity & Community
We are committed to supporting ALL students and ALL programs at Franklin Middle School. We welcome and encourage involvement from all FMS parents, guardians, alumni, and community members. Your time and talent, whether through volunteering or fundraising, make a direct difference in the lives of our students. We need your energy and enthusiasm. 📣 IMPORTANT: SoupFest Is Canceled, But Fall Fest Is STILL ON

Unfortunately, the Franklin Hurricane Booster Organization (FHBO) has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Franklin SoupFest, originally scheduled for this Saturday, October 17th, at Marceau Park.

Despite our efforts to recruit soup contestants, we did not receive enough sign-ups to make the event possible this year. We’re disappointed that we won’t be able to bring the competition, the Golden Ladle Award, and all that delicious soup to the community, but without enough participants to make it happen, we simply can’t move forward.

💙 The good news? Franklin Fall Fest is STILL ON! 💙

All the other fantastic events planned for this Saturday, October 17th, are still taking place as scheduled! We encourage everyone to come out, support our local organizations and vendors, and enjoy a fun-filled fall day in Franklin.

🍲 CALLING ALL COOKS! We need YOU for the Franklin Soupfest! 🍲

Do you have a legendary chili, a crowd-pleasing chowder, or a family-secret soup? It’s time to put it to the test! The FHBO is looking for contestants to bring their best soup creation to Marceau Park on Saturday, 10/17.

Who will earn the ultimate bragging rights and take home this year's coveted Golden Ladle Award? 🥄🏆 No professional soup experience is required—just bring your culinary passion and your favorite recipe!

🚧 We Need YOU for Saturday! 💙💛

We’re looking for sports teams, students, teachers, staff, administrators, alumni, and families from ANY of our Franklin schools to help us staff the Boosters Toll Booth this Saturday!

This is an easy way to get involved, have some fun, and help support Franklin Middle School & Franklin High School athletics and extracurricular activities. Every dollar raised goes directly toward supporting our students! 🏆

⏰ 10 AM – 6 PM
📍 Franklin High School – Main Entrance Toll Booth

You do NOT have to commit to the entire day! Grab a time slot with your team, friends, coworkers, classmates, or fellow alumni and come help us out. The more people we have, the easier it is for everyone!

Whether you’re a student, teacher, coach, administrator, athlete, alumni, or just someone who loves Franklin—we need YOU! 🙌
