Thank you to everyone who helped make our annual Flag Day Ceremony such a success. We are grateful to our Lodge Officers for their hard work and dedication, and to the Elks Riders who presented our flags with the honor, dignity, and respect they deserve. A special thank you to Guydelle for providing the beautiful music that enhanced our ceremony.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the many community members who joined us to learn about the history of our flag and the profound meaning it holds for all Elk members across our nation. Finally, thank you to our catering staff for serving a wonderful luncheon following the ceremony.

It was a memorable day filled with patriotism, tradition, and community spirit. Thank you all for being a part of it!

🩺🩻The Franklin Elks Lodge #1280 was honored to present scholarships this morning to two outstanding students from Winnisquam Regional High School as they continue their educational journeys.🩺🩻

Congratulations to Carly Drew, who was awarded a $1,000 scholarship and will be pursuing a career in Nursing, and to Hallie Brown, who received a $500 scholarship to further her education in Radiologic Technology.

We are proud to support these hardworking students as they take the next steps toward careers dedicated to helping others. We wish Carly and Hallie the very best in their future endeavors and look forward to seeing all they accomplish!

🇺🇸🇺🇸 PROUD OF OUR VETERANS🇺🇸🇺🇸

Tonight, the Franklin Elks were proud to step in and cover Bingo Night at the NH Veterans Home for the Lebanon Elks. There were only four of us, but we made it happen!

Nearly 30 residents joined in on the fun, and there was no shortage of excitement as “BINGO!” echoed throughout the room. We had some great winners tonight and, most importantly, shared plenty of smiles and laughter.

It was an honor to spend the evening with our veterans. ❤️💙

Congratulations to Franklin High School student Broydan Turner, recipient of the $1,000 Dave Tracey Scholarship presented by Franklin Elks Lodge #1280.

The Franklin Elks Lodge #1280 is proud to announce that Franklin High School student Sung-John Shin has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship in recognition of his hard work, dedication, and academic achievements.

Sung-John plans to pursue a career in medicine and is continuing his education with the goal of becoming a doctor. We congratulate him on this accomplishment and wish him continued success as he works toward achieving his goals.

The Franklin Elks Lodge #1280 is proud to support the youth of our community by donating $4,000 to assist with the purchase of uniforms and equipment for the new Franklin-Winnisquam Football Program.

We believe in investing in our future, and there is no better investment than the young people who represent our communities on and off the field. We are honored to play a small part in helping these student-athletes succeed and look forward to watching the program grow for years to come.

🎣🐟🏆 What a great morning for the Franklin Elks Lodge #1280 Kids Fishing Derby at the NH Veterans Home! 🎣🐟🏆

We welcomed 40 young anglers, all hoping to reel in the big catch and take home the coveted trophy. While the weather couldn't have been better, the trout proved to be a little less cooperative! It was a hard-fought battle, but with determination and patience, several of our young fishermen and fisherwomen were able to land some beautiful trout.

This event would not have been possible without the generosity of the NH Veterans Home donating their pond, the incredible volunteers who dedicated their time to help with registration, preparing and serving food, and encouraging our anglers throughout the morning. We would also like to extend a special thank you to the many residents of the NH Veterans Home who came out to support the children and cheer them on. Their presence helped make the day even more special.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and supported this event. Your efforts continue to make Franklin Elks Lodge #1280 proud to be part of such a caring and supportive community.

We would also like to recognize KC Lamanuzzi, who took over the leadership of the Fishing Derby this year. For a first year at the helm, the event was a tremendous success, and we hope to see KC continue this wonderful long-standing tradition for years to come.

Thank you all for helping create another memorable day on the pond!
